The City of St. Paul is once again hosting the STAR of the North Games. This is a multi sport event that includes the sport of Swimming. The City has requested once again that STAR host the swimming portion of the games and STAR has agreed to do this. The event takes place on June 21, 2008 and will be held at the Highland Pool. STAR will need timers, computer entries and meet people. It will be a morning event only with STAR having a social activity afterwards. The Coaching Staff wants every STAR swimmer to sign up for 1 event that they may choose. The entries must be done online by June 11, 2008. To sign up go to: www.startofthenorthgames.org.
STAR IS A TYR TEAM
STAR's new Team sponsor is TYR (teer). They have been great to work with and have a variety of styles in suits, goggles, etc. We encourage you to buy TYR products as much as possible. This spring, STAR will have a TYR team suit, warm-up, swim cap, and other materials. We look forward to working with TYR now and in the future.
