Bridget swam for STAR for 10 years, from the age of 9-19.  She was a MSHSL State Champion in the 100 breaststroke, a 2 time All State Honorable Mention, and a Junior National Champion in the 50 meter breaststroke.  After high school, Bridget went on to swim at the Uof M where she was on the Big Ten Team 4 years in a row, finagling all 4 years in the breaststroke events.  Bridget became a 4 time scholar athlete as well as a 2 time Outstanding Student Athlete and was named captain in her senior year.  She graduated in May 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Studies. 

Bridget currently is working with Gopher Sports Marketing at the University of Minnesota and is very excited to join the coaching staff at STAR.
