I am happy to be back coaching
with STAR. I have many years of competitive swimming experience. I have
been involved in competitive swimming since the age of 12. I was a club
and college swimmer for 10 years and I participate as a STAR Masters swimmer
every summer. I have been an active swim parent for the past ten years.
I have 14 years of swim coaching experience with STAR, the Burlington,
Iowa Swim Club, Hamline University and the College of St. Catherine. With
a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education and a Master’s
degree in exercise physiology, my background provides knowledge and expertise
in the areas of fitness and training, swimming technique and nutrition.
I am honored to be a member of the STAR coaching staff. .
